Shipping & Returns
We thank you so much for your purchase and support, we appreciate our customer.
Shipping:
We do our best to have your orders handmade and shipped within 72hours (about 3 days) from when you make your purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking details, we ship with Australia Post.
Returns:
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning that should you wish to return your Item you must do so within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Your returns must meet the following criteria:
*The item must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
*Postage costs to return the item are at your own expense.
*When your item is returned, we will review and contact you to arrange for a refund, exchange or store credit.
*Please understand we are happy to work with our customers and are very approachable, so please contact us and we will endeavor to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
